★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy bueno el servicio, el personal hace su trabajo bien aunque con pocas ganas de atender. A parte en los pedidos de Estafeta te hacen ir a su bodega a recoger tu pedido, no está lejos pero aún así es tiempo perdido.
The service is very good, the staff does their job well although with little desire to attend. Apart from Estafeta's orders they make you go to their warehouse to pick up your order, it is not far but it is still time wasted.

Terrible service I called to ask about a package and they left me waiting on the phone for more than 10min and they did not answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta bien con paqueterias distintas a estafeta, ya no trabaja con esa compañía y ya es diferente, la atención es muy seria me gustaría mas amabilidad, pero bueno ya no la visitó porque ya no esta estafeta. Ahora solo dhl, fedex y no recuerdo las otras

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costoso los paquetes los colocan en la tarifa más alta,aveces no te dan guía impresa ,según que es problema de su sistema y no puedes rastrear dicho envío.
Hay mejores opciones en Atlacomulco y mejor precio.
Expensive packages are placed at the highest rate, sometimes they do not give you a printed guide, depending on what is a problem with their system and you cannot track said shipment.
There are better options in Atlacomulco and better prices.
