Villanueva-Jiménez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me regresaron mi paquete, fui al CEDIS a recogerlo y me dijeron en la oficinita de atención al público que toma 72 h pasar de la bodega a la oficina, que volviera para recogerlo después. Burocracia e ineficiencia. Quise hablar con la encargada y me pidieron que me esperara 2 h a que terminara su junta. A esta empresa no le interesa el cliente. They returned my package, I went to the CEDIS to pick it up and they told me at the public service office that it takes 72 hours to go from the warehouse to the office, to come back to pick it up later. Bureaucracy and inefficiency. I wanted to speak to the manager and they asked me to wait 2 hours for their meeting to end. This company is not interested in the customer.

Además, el lugar se mantiene limpio y cuenta con aire acondicionado lo que hace la experiencia más agradable. Por si fuera poco, lo visité una segunda vez y la atención fue igual de agradable :) Por último, mi paquete llegó en perfectas condiciones a su destino y en un tiempo bastante corto pese a la distancia.
