Las 4 veces no me lo han recibido , porque no traigo copia de la guía, porque es muy grande u otra cosa. Así como llevó el paquete lo depósito en el monumento y sin problema me lo reciben. Si no puede brindar servicio esa sucursal mejor que la cierren
