★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo en su servicio de rastreo, entrega, el rastreo dice que ya esta en la sucursal vas a recoger tu paquete y te dicen aun no llega, hasta al otro día puedes pasar, 2 ocaciones recientes que me pasa lo mismo.
Terrible in its tracking service, delivery, the tracking says that it is already in the branch, you are going to pick up your package and they tell you it has not arrived yet, you can go until the next day, 2 recent occasions that the same thing happened to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve un pedido en temporada alta y aún así llegó en tan sólo 6 días, por mí el tiempo estaba perfecto, pero en realidad iba 1 día atrasado. Así que los repartidores se comunicaron conmigo vía telefónica para disculparse y me dijeron que irían a dejarlo inmediatamente. Afortunadamente no era nada urgente, pero aún así, se esforzaron mucho para entregar mi paquete lo más pronto posible.
Muy satisfecha, muy buen trato.
I had an order in high season and it still arrived in just 6 days, for me the weather was perfect, but actually I was 1 day late. So the delivery men contacted me by phone to apologize and told me they would drop it off immediately. Fortunately it was nothing urgent, but still, they tried very hard to get my package delivered as soon as possible.
Very satisfied, very good treatment.

Hoy había solo una chica atendiendo, obviamente no se daba abasto, habíamos 9 personas esperando, se saturó la fila y salió a arrancar su letrero con el nuevo horario (que era hasta las 6 pm) para decir que sólo atendían hasta 5:30.
En realidad estafeta es chafa. En cualquiera de sus sucursales en Oaxaca debes prepararte mentalmente para esperar un buen y quemarte en el sol.
Slow like no other, long queues because of the terrifying slowness. Today there was only one girl serving, obviously there was not enough, we had 9 people waiting, the line was saturated and she went out to rip up her sign with the new schedule (which was until 6 pm) to say that they only served until 5:30.
In reality, the courier is crappy. In any of its branches in Oaxaca you must prepare yourself mentally to wait for a good one and burn yourself in the sun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi paquete llegó antes de lo previsto, muy buena atención brindada por la señorita que me recibió. Fue rápido, solo se necesita una identificación oficial en original para presentar, y el número de guía o de rastreo.
My package arrived earlier than expected, very good service provided by the lady who received me. It was fast, you only need an original official identification to present, and the guide or tracking number.
