Al contrario, la atención muy buena y eficiente. Llegué sin saber cómo enviar algo y salí exitoso en mi misión en cuestión de 2 minutos.
SUGERENCIA: Llamar a sucursal antes de ir, pues no puedes confiarte del todo en los horarios publicados aquí, suelen variar y lo pegan en la puerta. Por eso, mejor, para evitar disgustos, llama antes.
 I usually have complaints at Estafeta, but I don't have any at this branch in particular.
On the contrary, very good and efficient service. I arrived not knowing how to send anything and I was successful in my mission in a matter of 2 minutes.
SUGGESTION: Call the branch before going, because you cannot completely trust the hours published here, they usually vary and they stick it on the door. Therefore, it is better, to avoid unpleasantness, call before.
