El mensajero puso en el sistema "domicilio no encontrado" lo que es una mentira, nunca fueron a entregar el paquete!! DHL, Fedex, UPS, Paquetexprés y mensajerías pequeñas me entregan paquetes sin problema. Me llegan paquetes desde China y resulta que Estafeta no pudo encontrar el domicilio. Tuve que viajar desde otro municipio a buscar el paquete a la oficina más cercana, porque el sistema de rastreo indicaba que supuestamente estaba en la oficina, sólo para que me dijeran que devolvieron mi paquete sin notificarme. Terrible phone service, impossible to talk to a person. They do not publish local office phone numbers. The courier put in the system "address not found" what is a lie, they never delivered the package! DHL, Fedex, UPS, Express Packet and small couriers deliver packages to me without problem. Packages arrive from China and it turns out that Estafeta could not find the address. I had to travel from another municipality to look for the package to the nearest office, because the tracking system indicated that it was supposedly in the office, only to be told that they returned my package without notifying me.

C	Chika Rasmus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no te encuentran y el paquete lo dejan afuera, aparte ponen entregado cuando nunca lo recibiste ni tú ni tus familiares en sus manos, ponen una firma que no es la mía,entonces para que te piden número de teléfono si no te llaman para que estés al pendiente o al menos avisar a algunos de tus familiares para que alguien pueda recibirlo, al menos encontré mi paquete que tal que no lo eh encontrado, no creo que ellos fueran a regresarme mi dinero Terrible service, they can't find you and the package is left out, apart they put it delivered when neither you nor your relatives received it in their hands, they put a signature that is not mine, so why they ask you for a phone number if they don't call you so that you are on the lookout or at least notify some of your relatives so that someone can receive it, at least I found my package that I have not found, I do not think they were going to return my money

La fulana que respondió mi llamada esta además de sorda, un poco torpe no sabe atender a un cliente, tampoco le enseñaron que al cliente no se le falta al respeto, o se le cuelga. Si gustas unas clases avísame. Aunque se entiende ? MI paquete nunca llegó, pues el repartidor resultó ser otro divo, que “pues a ver si mañana se lo llevo” ? fatal! No puedo imaginar quien considero prudente utilizar este “servicio de paquetería” pues con tantas quejas tanto aquí como en profeco, queda claro que no saben trabajar mucho menos podrían responsabilizarse de tu envío. Pésimo, execrable ☺️ "Terrible" would be a kind word.
