Mi paquete llegó a las 10:30am a Ags y a las 12:00pm me marcan para decirme que intentaron entregarlo pero no estaba jajaja que pase por él a sucursal, hice el esfuerzo de ir hasta el otro lado de la ciudad para que me digan que no tienen luz, así que no me lo pueden entregar y cómo marcas para preguntar antes de ir? Si no responden el teléfono.
HORRIBLE SERVICE! My package arrived at 10:30 a.m. at Ags and at 12:00 p.m. they call me to tell me that they tried to deliver it but it was not there hahaha that I pick it up at the branch, I made the effort to go to the other side of the city so that they tell me that They don't have electricity, so they can't deliver it to me and how do you mark to ask before going? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio... El paquete nunca llego a mi casa... Solo lo dejaron directamente en paqueteria... Espere desde las 9 am hasta las 9:40am y no abrieron...al dia siguiente la recepcionista mal encarada se molesto por q le pregunte los horarios y me dijo q los revisara directamente en la página... Si no quieres pasar un mal rato consigue otra paquetería
Terrible service... The package never arrived at my house... They just left it directly at the parcel service... I waited from 9 am to 9:40 am and they didn't open... the next day the bad-faced receptionist was annoyed by I asked him for the schedules and he told me to check them directly on the page... If you don't want to have a bad time, get another package

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Envíe productos de mi tienda en línea y llegaron las cajas abiertas, producto faltante y dañado, traté que me apoyaran en la oficina y el asesor de ventas ni siquiera me contestó.
Después de generar el reporte en servicio al cliente, me comentan que no hay evidencia de daño y por lo tanto no procede… En verdad es desesperante el mal trato al cliente, lo poco profesional e incompetente que es la gente que trabaja ahí, y si bien nunca he tenido problemas al llevar los paquetes a la sucursal, los asesores y empleados de servicio al cliente son fatales.
Esta reseña la hago porque no quiero que otro negocio pequeño sufra de estos abusos, mejor investiguen con otras empresas, ya que nadie tiene la empatía de ayudarte en cuanto se presente un problema.
I sent products from my online store and the open boxes arrived, missing and damaged product, I tried to get support in the office and the sales consultant did not even answer me.
After generating the report in customer service, they tell me that there is no evidence of damage and therefore it does not proceed... The bad treatment of the client is really exasperating, how unprofessional and incompetent the people who work there are, and yes well I have never had problems taking packages to the branch, the advisors and customer service employees are fatal.
I am writing this review because I do not want another small business to suffer from these abuses, better investigate with other companies, since no one has the empathy to help you as soon as a problem arises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la primera vez me entregaron la mitad de la mercancía. La segunda vez dijeron haberlo traído (no fué así). Tuve que ir a recogerlo, llegó solo la 4 parte. Volví a ir y nuevamente llegó el producto dañado.
La señorita que atiende abrió hasta las 9:30 hrs
Que porquería de servicio
Terrible service, the first time they gave me half of the merchandise. The second time they said they had brought it (it was not like that). I had to go pick it up, only the 4th part arrived. I went back and the damaged product arrived again.
The lady who attends opened until 9:30 a.m.

Un servicio lamentable. Después de ser la empresa líder de su ramo, Estafeta ha caído en popularidad y cómo no? Si el servicio que ofrecen sus colaboradores es de quinta. El día que tuve que ir, me encontré con una persona de mal humor. Yo llevaba ya mi paquete con la guía lista para embarcar, adelante de mí solo había un cliente que conversaba con la mujer sobre una guía que no coincidía o algo así, lo cual, retrasó el servicio hasta en 15 minutos en los que, sin hacer nada más que ver a dicho cliente, me ignoraba a mí y a otros 2 clientes que ya habían llegado a firmar. Y al entregar mi paquete me hizo ponerle más cinta canela, lo cual dudo mucho que ocupara, y me lo pidió de mala manera, lo mismo al cliente que venía detrás de mí. Al salir del pequeño local, ya había una fila de al menos 15 personas y francamente no había ninguna necesidad de ello.

A pitiful service. After being the leading company in its field, Estafeta has fallen in popularity and why not? If the service offered by its collaborators is fifth. The day I had to go, I met a person in a bad mood. I already had my package with the guide ready to board, in front of me there was only one client who was talking with the woman about a guide that did not match or something like that, which delayed the service for up to 15 minutes in which, without doing nothing more than seeing said client, he ignored me and 2 other clients who had already come to sign. And when he delivered my package he made me put more cinnamon tape on it, which I highly doubt it would take, and he asked me rudely, the same to the customer who came behind me. Walking out of the small venue, there was already a line of at least 15 people and frankly there was no need for it.
