★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, siempre qué me mandan paquetes por ahí siempre los cancelan o devuelven porque nunca los entregan ni llaman para avisar. La peor paqueteria de la isla. Ahorita fui a recoger uno y dicen que ya está ahí pero no lo pueden entregar hasta pasado mañana. Usen Fedex o DHL.
Terrible service, whenever they send me packages out there they always cancel or return them because they never deliver them or call to notify them. The worst parcel on the island. Right now I went to pick one up and they say it's already there but they can't deliver it until the day after tomorrow. Use Fedex or DHL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio de recoleccion se levantan reportes y les vale un camote, les entra y les sale por un oido, hasta se ha hablado con el gerente y nadie hace mejoras en el servicio. Paquetexpress da mejor servicio que esta paqueteria que es mas conocida.
Bad collection service, reports are made and they are worth a sweet potato, it goes in and out of their ear, they have even talked to the manager and nobody makes improvements in the service. Packagexpress gives better service than this package that is better known.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No saben llevar el control en temporadas altas. Por ejemplo ahora en diciembre mis paquetes tienen 2 semanas de atraso y no se hace nada responsable. Te dicen no puedo meterme a buscar tu paquete por que estoy solo. Eso está bien en un tipo de empresas como esta?
They do not know how to keep control in high seasons. For example now in December my packages are 2 weeks late and nothing responsible is done. They tell you I can't go looking for your package because I'm alone. Is that okay in a type of company like this?
