★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca intentan entregar en Jalapa. Siempre dicen que no encuentran el domicilio. Es el único servicio de mensajería con el que sucede esto y es por flojera y falta de profesionalismo de sus mensajeros. Siempre solicitan información extra para dar con el domicilio y se las doy desde el principio y de todas maneras no entregan en la fecha que lo deben hacer.
They never try to deliver in Jalapa. They always say they can't find the address. It is the only courier service with which this happens and it is due to laziness and lack of professionalism of its couriers. They always request extra information to find the address and I give it to them from the beginning and in any case they do not deliver on the date they should.

Unfortunately, my package did not arrive at my home and I had to go look for it in offices and the process was very fast and friendly, it took no more than 5 minutes to get inside and leave with my package.
