l	leticia perez cortes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO¡¡ Desde ayer quiero recoger mis envios. Llegue antes de las 3 no estaba abierto solo ponen un letrero que dice regreso a las 5:30. Y hoy voy y encuentro el mismo letrero. Siempre hacen lo mismo mucha gente se regresa. PESIMO SERVICIO! Since yesterday I want to collect my shipments. Arrive before 3 it was not open they just put a sign that says return at 5:30. And today I go and find the same sign. They always do the same, many people come back.

Servicio pésimo, cuando compras algo por internet, pagas el envio a domicilio y nunca te lo llevan a domicilio, lo dejan en su sucursal. Ya van 3 veces que me tendría que llegar a casa y ni una me han llevado. Se supone que se les paga por un servicio. Te lo cobran y no hacen su trabajo If I could take away stars !! Terrible service, when you buy something online, you pay for home delivery and they never deliver it to your home, they leave it at their branch. Vendo en plataforma electrónica y dependiendo del tipo de código postal y entre otros parámetros en automático sale la guía con la compañía direcionada, gracias a Dios la mayoría de mis envíos salen para DHL y muy pocas para esta paquetería. ES MUY RARO encontrar a las personas QUE LABORAN DE BUEN HUMOR, TIENEN UNA ACTITUD NEFASTA Y POCO AMABLE, Principalmente una CHICA DE COMPLEXIÓN DELGADA que ya lleva tiempo trabajando ahí. Te reciben con una Carota de "ya estoy hasta la mad..." preguntas algo y te responden de mala GANA, sin claridad y si pudieran te mandan a volar. URGE QUE CAPACITEN A SU PERSONAL, O CAMBIARLAS... URGE MEJORAR SU LOGÍSTICA DE FUNCIONAMIENTO O CONTRATAR A MÁS PERSONAS (por su puesto con una actitud genuina de servir y agregar valor a los clientes), HAY QUE ESPERAR MUCHO PARA SER ATENDIDOS. ¡IMITEN LA EXCELENCIA DEL SERVICIO DE LA PAQUETERÍA DHL CARAY! Los clientes son tan importantes, de ahí se sustenta un negocio y por ende se merecen la mejor de las atenciones; eficiente, eficaz y trato amable. Mientras no haya otra sucursal de Estafeta o no mejoren, seguiré recibiendo una mala atención de su servicio y viendo JETAS DE SUS EMPLEADOS. I couldn't get a star. Siempre esta cerrado pero hay alguien adentró y sus horarios nada flexibles Terrible service minus zero stars. Very poor quality and terrible service from those who work there. Casi regresan mi envío y no avisan .cuando recibieron el envío no disen q no va a llegar asta tu casa My shipment has already been in that office for 5 days and they don't take it to the Sun.
