Lousy experience. Since they opened this branch I send my packages here. They changed the employee and she is a rude and unconscious person. The ladies that you have served here before are super friendly and professional, this new person made me really angry and ruined my day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tarda mucho en atender.tengan cuidado con estafeta y sus paquetes los repartidores hacen lo que quieran y no te dejan tus paquetes en donde escribes la dirección. Después tienes que llamar a estafeta para reportar y lo lleven más cercano de tu domicilio y el tramite es bien tardado te quedas ahí en el teléfono como 2 horas por que si no se corta, no te contestan y cuando lo haces , le explicas que paso y vuelven a pedirte la información. Que horror. en verdad nefasta atención por vía telefónica.
It takes a long time to attend. Be careful with the post office and its packages, the delivery men do what they want and they do not leave your packages where you write the address. Then you have to call the post office to report and they take it closer to your home and the process is very long, you stay there on the phone for about 2 hours because if it doesn't hang up, they don't answer you and when you do, you explain what happened and they ask you for the information again. How awful. really disastrous attention by phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es amable aunque no te explica muy bien las cosas y hace cobros sin darte una explicación adecuada. El servicio en general de la paquetería es bastante rápido y suelen entregar antes de lo que está programado. El lugar se encuentra limpio y sanitizado aunque no te exigen tomar temperatura, gel antibacterial o usar cubrebocas.
