Paquetes, a todo le ponen peros. Es en el único estafeta que ponen tantas restricciones. Además en la entrada indican que la última recolección es a la 7:30 y me han dicho qué pasa a las 6:30 y luego qué pasa a las 5:00. No manejan bien su información.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegamos dos personas antes de las 8 y la srita que atiende se pone a empujar cajas para hacer tiempo me cerró la puerta y llegue antes de las 8 ,súper pésimo servicio ,la mujer muy grosera,si quería empezar a enviar cosas ya no lo haré en esta sucursal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perdieron mi paquete :( Me dijeron que me iban a mandar mi comprobante por correo y no llegó. Fui a reclamar cuando abren, a las 9:00 a.m. y la sucursal cerrada esperé media hora para ver sí llegaban y nada.
Al día siguiente fui nuevamente en el mostrador y me dicen que aparecía en su sistema que no habían recibido nada, que metiera una queja. Pero, que si por error hubiera puesto un numero de guía mal iba tener consecuencias para mi cuenta.
Al tratar de meter la queja me piden el número de guía pero como aparece que no he entregado el paquete no puedo ni siquiera meterla. Solo me responden boots.
They lost my package :( They told me that they were going to send me my receipt by mail and it did not arrive. I went to claim when they open, at 9:00 a.m. and the branch closed, I waited half an hour to see if they arrived and nothing.
The next day I went to the counter again and they told me that it appeared in their system that they had not received anything, that I should file a complaint. But, if by mistake I had put a wrong tracking number, it would have consequences for my account.
When trying to file a complaint, they ask me for the tracking number, but since it appears that I have not delivered the package, I cannot even file it. Only boots answer me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un local es un poco pequeño pero el servicio es eficiente, amable y sobre todo muy rápido. No he tenido ningún problema tanto con su sistema de recepción de paquetes como con si entrega al destinatario.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio se está sucursal es bastante bueno, al menos, mi experiencia ha sido muy buena, una jovencita bien amable, atenta y sabe perfectamente si trabajo. Lo único que no me permite calificar al 5 este lugar es que siempre hay una inmensa fila, nunca entro y salgo, hay que hacer fila en la parte de afuera y eso me genera inseguridad, debido a la ubicación hay mucho tránsito de personas y carros, aunque estoy en la banqueta, me genera incertidumbre y la oficina es realmente pequeñita. En general, atención buena y rápida una vez ingresas, eso es lo que cuenta para mi.
