Creo que con tanta competencia se deberían de poner mas al pendiente de las personas que los buscamos aún. I spent 40 minutes on the phone and still no one answers, I think they should say that you better go to the branch because they do not have time to respond. I think that with so much competition they should be more aware of the people who are still looking for them.

Cuando quise hacer la reclamación tienen bloqueado el botón para generar reportes en su sitio web, el número de Estafeta tampoco funciona. En la concesionaria niegan las faltas de atención que tuvieron para revisar el empaque, no ofrecen el seguro y ellos calculan el valor de la mercancía sin preguntar. Siguen vendiendo el envío del día siguiente pero no llega al día siguiente. Otras compañías ya no ofrecen ese servicio porque saben que están tardando más. Poor customer service. My shipment was returned to the damaged place of origin. When I wanted to make the claim they have blocked the button to generate reports on their website, the Estafeta number does not work either. In the dealership they deny the lack of attention they had to check the packaging, they do not offer insurance and they calculate the value of the merchandise without asking. They still sell the next day shipping but it doesn't arrive the next day. Other companies no longer offer that service because they know they are taking longer.
