★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, no enviaron el paquete al domicilio, tuvimos que ir por el paquete nosotros a sus oficinas, jamás contestaron las llamadas, después de dos semanas de que no enviaron el paquete a casa, cuando recogí el paquete estaba abierto: Llamaron para decir que la dirección no estaba correcta (justificación para no hacer su trabajo ), después de dar santo y sella y referencia, el joven encargado jamás se aseguró (dar seguimiento a su trabajo) que el equipo de reparto enviara el equipo. En mi experiencia los paquetes que pedí con DHL me llegaron y en menos tiempo, y con estafeta jamás llegaron, espero te sirva mi experiencia. Saludos a tod@s.
 Very bad service, they did not send the package to the address, we had to go for the package ourselves to their offices, they never answered the calls, after two weeks that they did not send the package home, when I picked up the package it was open: They called to say that the address was not correct (justification for not doing his job), after giving saint and seal and reference, the young manager never made sure (follow up on his work) that the delivery team sent the team. In my experience, the packages that I ordered with DHL arrived and in less time, and with a post they never arrived, I hope my experience will serve you. Greetings to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No contestan las llamadas que los clientes les hacen, pésimo servicio y no te traen tu paquete a tu domicilio, recomiendo no hacer ningún pedido con esta compañía, mejor y más seguro por DHL
They do not answer the calls that customers make, terrible service and they do not bring your package to your home, I recommend not placing any order with this company, better and safer by DHL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no llegan a entregar los paquetes a domicilio y luego, dicen que te llamaron y no te llaman y si no vas a recoger tu envío lo devuelven y no pasa nada.
Terrible service, they don't get to deliver the packages at home and then, they say they called you and they don't call you and if you don't go to pick up your shipment they return it and nothing happens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicen que no encuentran el domicilio, pero parece que realmente ni lo buscaran. Aunque dejes 2 telefonos, no hacen el intento por contactarte.
They say they can't find the address, but it seems that they didn't really look for it. Even if you leave 2 phones, they don't try to contact you.

Pésimo servicio, para que trabajan ahí si no atienden bien
