Nunca he recibido mis envíos en mi domicilio porque "nunca lo encuentran" siendo que tengo un domicilio céntrico y que todas las demás empresas de mensajería llegan sin ningún problema.
Siempre llegan los envíos pronto pero tener que ir por ellos a su oficina no es agradable y menos con el horario que tienen.
Bad experience with the parcel.
I have never received my shipments at my home because they "never find it" being that I have a central address and that all other courier companies arrive without any problem.
Shipments always arrive early but having to go to your office for them is not pleasant and even less with the schedule they have.

Los repartidores no reparten, dejan en la tienda que no avisa, y no se hacen responsable por la flojera de sus trabajadores. Si uno se atreve a señalar el mal funcionamiento de la empresa, se recibe un avionazo como respuesta. La sede no es más atenta a la calidad del servicio. Hasta nos pidieron salir a tomar fotos de la tienda para dar seguimiento a la reclamación... En pocas palabras: si pueden hacerlo con otra empresa, no lo duden ni un segundo (en Zacatlán: FedEx, DHL y UPS sirven, Castores, Estafeta y RedPack - los peores - son pesimos!)
Big problem in this store: they do not listen to or transmit criticism or complaints. The delivery men do not deliver, they leave in the store that they do not notify, and they are not responsible for the laziness of their workers. If one dares to point out the malfunction of the company, a plane is received in response. The headquarters is not more attentive to the quality of the service. They even asked us to go out and take photos of the store to follow up on the claim ... In short: if you can do it with another company, do not hesitate for a second (in Zacatlán: FedEx, DHL and UPS serve, Castores, Estafeta and RedPack - the worst - are lousy!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio del pésimo, atención super mala, pagué el envío para recibir en mi casa no para que tengo que ir por el a su sucursal, resulta que el chófer no conoce la zona y se pierde jajaja, tengo que recoger un pedido el cuál me obliga a tomar un taxi, de nuevo, servicio pésimo.
Terrible service, super bad attention, I paid for the shipment to receive it at home, not so I have to go to its branch, it turns out that the driver does not know the area and gets lost hahaha, I have to pick up an order which forces me to take a taxi, again, lousy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre están de malas y te atienden mal además de que nunca contestan el teléfono ya he llamado y e estado dentro del lugar y he visto que el teléfono suena y suena y ellas simplemente no quieren contestar es más dicen mejor desconectalo, además que son 2 y aunque la gente se junte solo atiende una y la otra persona solo esta pláticando

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio mediocre, se supone que por algo pagas el envío para que te llegue directamente a tu casa, siempre que llega mi pedido lo mandan directo a oficina. La verdad es muy estresante tener que esperar tantos días para que llegue & al final tener que ir por el hasta oficina, estoy pagando por qué llegue a mi casa, si no mejor no pago nada, no chinguen.

Mediocre service, it is supposed that for something you pay the shipment so that it arrives directly to your house, whenever my order arrives they send it directly to the office. The truth is that it is very stressful having to wait so many days for it to arrive & in the end having to go to the office for it, I am paying for it to come to my house, if not, it is better not to pay anything, don't screw it.
