★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendados al 100%, José, quien me atendió hoy para hacer un envío, sugirió añadirle más burbuja a mis productos para protegerlos mejor, me ayudó con cinta canela y en general da una atención de campeonato. En cualquier otra paquetería me hubieran cobrado por los materiales de empaque. Estafeta si se discute.
100% recommended, José, who attended me today to make a shipment, suggested adding more bubble to my products to better protect them, he helped me with cinnamon tape and in general gives a championship service. In any other parcel they would have charged me for the packaging materials. Post office if discussed.

He tenido pésimas experiencias en otras sucursales y ahora me queda claro que el problema de Estafeta es más del personal que del servicio en sí. Ojalá tomen en cuenta este comentario para incentivar más a sus trabajadores y ver más sucursales con el buen servicio y atención que brinda esta. ¡Super recomendable!
Fully deserved 5 stars to this branch. Super friendly staff and excellent service. I have had terrible experiences in other branches and now it is clear to me that the problem with Estafeta is more with the staff than with the service itself. I hope they take this comment into account to encourage their workers more and see more branches with the good service and attention that this one provides. Super recommended!
