★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención. Nunca contestan el telefono. No tienen horarios establecios. Tuve muchas dificultades para recoger un paquete.
No entregan a domicilio.
Very bad attention. They never answer the phone. They do not have fixed schedules. I had a lot of difficulty picking up a package.

Terrible service, I have more than 2 weeks with a lost package and nobody can solve anything, their complaints and fart alerts are also useless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No creo que haya otra sucursal con peor servicio, abren y cierran a la hora que quieren, si no quieren no abren y ahí esta la fila de personas esperando a ver si alguien llega a atenderlos, un desorden de paquetes que nunca encuentran el tuyo, no entregan a domicilio, nunca contestan el telefono y ahora están cobrando 20 pesos cuando vas a recoger tu pedido..... ? (seguro es por el excelente servicio)
I don't think there is another branch with worse service, they open and close at the time they want, if they don't want to, they don't open and there is the line of people waiting to see if someone comes to serve them, a mess of packages that never find yours, They do not deliver to your home, they never answer the phone and now they are charging 20 pesos when you go to pick up your order .....? (sure is because of the excellent service)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy Buen servicio, la señorita que atiende se muestra amable y ágil en la atención y entrega de paquetes. En este local es poco probable que atiendan en el teléfono pero se entiende por qué hay sobrecarga de trabajo. Por contingencia solo permiten una persona dentro del local, pero la señorita está al pendiente de los clientes en todo momento.
Very good service, the lady who attends is friendly and agile in the attention and delivery of packages. In this place it is unlikely that they will answer on the phone but it is understood why there is an overload of work. By contingency they only allow one person inside the premises, but the lady is on the lookout for customers at all times.
