★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo lleve a mi hijo un día en la pandemia por q no estaba permitido pero la dueña me dijo q ella ya tenía ahí a 10 niños y q sin problema cuidaba a mi hijo y pues lo deje un lunes como a las 9am y fui a recogerlo a la 1 por q solo fui a una entrevista de trabajo y al pasar por él escuché q un niño lloraba muy feo y me di cuenta q era mi bebé y toque la puerta, la dueña super nerviosa me dijo q por q no avisé q pasaba por el niño q lo iba a cambiar y me dejaba pasar, lo cual es raro por q me dijo q siempre permitía el acceso y se escuchó q le subieron a la música y se tardó como 20 minutos en sacar a mi bebé y yo tocando la puerta y nadie me abría, salió mi bebé y en cuanto salió al verme volvio a soltar el llanto y le pregunté q tenía por q el ya hablaba y voltio la señaló y me dijo q le había pegado en su brazo y no paraba de señarla me dio mucho coraje y mejor me fui y jamás volví a llevar a mi hijo.
No sé si por q estaba sola se desespero y le pego a mi bebé pero personas así no deberían de tener guarderías.
La peor experiencia de mi vida haberme quedado con ese coraje por calmar el llanto de mi niño.
I only took my son one day in the pandemic because it was not allowed but the owner told me that she already had 10 children there and that she took care of my son without any problem and so I left him on a Monday around 9am and I went to pick him up at 1st because I only went to a job interview and when I passed by I heard that a child was crying very badly and I realized that it was my baby and I knocked on the door, the super nervous owner told me why I didn't tell her that she was passing by the boy who was going to change it and let me pass, which is strange because he told me that he always allowed access and I heard that they turned up the music and it took about 20 minutes to get my baby out and I knocked on the door and no one opened for me, my baby came out and as soon as he came out when he saw me he started crying again and I asked him why he was already talking and he turned and pointed at her and told me that he had hit her arm and he kept pointing at her much courage and better I left and never took my son again.
I don't know if it was because she was alone that she got desperate and hit my baby, but people like that shouldn't have daycare centers.
The worst experience of my life to have stayed with that courage to calm my child's crying.
