★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su trato de los niños e instalaciones están bien, pero por la parte no pedagógica tienen varias deficiencias. No hay claridad en la comunicación. La maestra que generalmente recibe en la puerta lo hace de mala cara. Publicitan que el horario uno lo acomoda pero en realidad no es así, se inventaron en mi caso que hasta la 1 reciben. Y en los varios errores que han cometido ni uno han reconocido. El último fue dejarme en la puerta, viéndome desde adentro que tocaba, por más de 10 minutos con mis hijas. Nadie salió a dar una explicación, y el teléfono no lo contestaron para decir por qué no abrían. Una vez confrontados se quisieron justificar con información inexacta, contradictoria y otra directamente falsa. Jamás se disculparon. Rotación de personal constante.
Their treatment of children and facilities are good, but on the non-pedagogical side they have several deficiencies. There is no clarity in communication. The teacher who usually receives at the door makes a bad face. They advertise that schedule one accommodates it but in reality it is not so, they invented in my case that up to 1 they receive. And in the various mistakes they have made, not one has acknowledged. The last one was to leave me at the door, seeing me from inside who was playing, for more than 10 minutes with my daughters. No one came out to give an explanation, and the phone didn't answer it to say why they didn't open. Once confronted, they wanted to justify themselves with inaccurate, contradictory and other directly false information. They never apologized. Constant staff turnover.
