★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio nosotros teníamos a nuestro familiar y además de no brindar un buen servicio, no se nos regresaron las pertenencias de nuestro familiar al momento que se dejó la estancia.
Terrible service, we had our family member and in addition to not providing good service, our family member's belongings were not returned to us when the stay was left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una de las peores experiencias de mi vida. El dueño es mitomano y ladron. Maltrato a mi familiar, la golpeaba. No les daba de cenar, los dejaba solos a los abuelitos en la noche porque no tienen enfermeras para la noche. Incluso hacia fiestas y encerraba a los abuelitos. A veces dejaba de encargada a una de las abuelitas con demencia para que les diera de cenar a los demas abuelitos. Ojala lo denuncien. Cuando por fin saque a mi familiar jamas me regresaron las cosas que le habia comprado. Ofrecen servicio de psicologo y es una vil mentira por la cual me cobraba. Y muchas cosas mas. Para nada es recomendable este lugar, deberian cerrarlos.
One of the worst experiences of my life. The owner is a mythomaniac and a thief. I mistreated my relative, I beat her. He didn't give them dinner, he left the grandparents alone at night because they don't have nurses for the night. He even threw parties and locked up grandparents. Sometimes she would leave one of the demented grandmothers as her manager to feed the other grandmothers. Hopefully they report it. When I finally took my family member out, the things I had bought for him never returned. They offer psychology services and it is a vile lie for which they charged me. And much more. This place is not recommended at all, they should close them.
