★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasamos 3 días en este lugar y me encantó. Es todo lo que necesitas para tener una buena estancia en Playa del Carmen. Está convenientemente cerca de todo: A dos cuadras de la playa, un oxxo al cruzar la calle (ojo porque lo cierran temprano como a las 9pm) y a una calle de la 5ta avenida. Tiene una pequeña alberca qué es perfecta para relajarse, solo ten cuidado de no nadar bajo la palma qué esta al fondo si tiene cocos porque pueden caer a la alberca.
 We spent 3 days in this place and loved it. It is everything you need to have a good stay in Playa del Carmen. It is conveniently close to everything: two blocks from the beach, an oxxo across the street (be careful because they close early around 9pm) and one street from 5th avenue. It has a small pool which is perfect to relax, just be careful not to swim under the palm that is at the bottom if you have coconuts because they can fall into the pool.
