El servicio exelente en mi opinion desde que te atienden en la entrada hasta la saluda mi pareja y yo quedamos facinados en todo
Realmente recomiendo este lugar y muy pronto los visitare nuevamente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos faltaban toallas y algunas otras cosas (solo había un cepillo de dientes) y para que nos dieran la toalla que faltaba tuvimos que pedirla dos veces, la comida esta rica y a buen precio, el DVD no funcionó bien
We were missing towels and some other things (there was only a toothbrush) and to get the missing towel we had to ask for it twice, the food is tasty and at a good price, the DVD did not work well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar muy bien, el servicio pésimo! Sólo le ponen una sábana y una cobija a la cama, pedimos más cobijas y nunca llegaron. Nos quedamos sin luz desde las 8 a.m. hable a recepción más de 5 veces y hasta me colgaban la llamada. Nunca llegó la luz y mejor nos fuimos. Al salir pregunte por el encargado y lo único que me respondió el de la entrada es que no había nadie contestando con una actitud muy déspota. ¡Mal por el lugar!
The place very good, the service lousy! They only put a sheet and a blanket on the bed, we asked for more blankets and they never came. We ran out of power from 8 a.m. I spoke to reception more than 5 times and they even hung up the call. The light never came and we better left. When leaving I asked for the manager and the only thing that the one at the entrance answered me was that there was no one answering with a very despotic attitude. Bad for the place!

Nos gusta este Hotel (HOTEL REAL HACIENDA), por sus instalaciones, las habitaciones muy amplias, cómodas seguras y dentro del costo de la habitación te ofrecen un desayuno completo, por cierto muy rico y agradable el ambiente del restaurante.
En resumen, muy recomendable el Hotel Real Hacienda.
I visited it about a year ago, but it's not the first time.
We like this Hotel (REAL HACIENDA HOTEL), because of its facilities, very spacious, comfortable and safe rooms and within the cost of the room they offer you a full breakfast, by the way the restaurant's atmosphere is very rich and pleasant.
In summary, the Real Hacienda Hotel is highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subieron bastante los precios, no había agua en la regadera y pague estancia con jacuzzi, para ese precio mucho mejor el hotel Picazzo, en su momento fue buen hotel pero al día de hoy ya es viejo, los precios de la comida super caros, por ejemplo un refresco de 330 ML en 45 pesos. Lo más absurdo es que si quieres ver TV te Cobran 100 pesos extra por tener acceso al control remoto de la TV. Se supone que eso ya debe de ir incluido en el costo. Era de mis mejores opciones pero honestamente ya no lo recomiendo.
The prices went up quite a bit, there was no water in the shower and I paid for a stay with a jacuzzi, for that price the Picazzo hotel was much better, at the time it was a good hotel but today it is old, the prices of the food are super expensive, for example a 330 ML soft drink in 45 pesos. The most absurd thing is that if you want to watch TV They charge you an extra 100 pesos to have access to the TV remote control. That is supposed to be included in the cost. It was one of my best options but honestly I don't recommend it anymore.
