Nunca pidieron una disculpa. Ese mismo día reagende y me dijeron que sería para hoy jueves, me confirmaron nuevamente y otra vez llega la hora de la cita y no han llegado, les escribo e ignoran mis mensajes, les marque y me contestaron y sin decir nada me colgaron. Increible la falta de respeto y poca seriedad que tiene esta "empresa" TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Shoddy service, besides impuntuales, pelón left my dog to be a yorkie, all for laziness not to make a proper assessment and brush to remove knots, etc. Mrs. very rude.
