★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brevemente explicaré para que no digan que hablo con mentiras, lleve a mi perro con heridas abiertas, me solicitaron volver más tarde a lo cual accedí, cuando volví a ir no quisieron atender porque era muy tarde, no le hicieron ni una limpieza superficial lo siento pero eso es falta de profesionalismo, no sé enojen por un comentario, mejor mejoren su calidad de Servicio y ética profesional ya que dejar una herida expuesta sin nisiquiera lavarla solo por flojera es lamentable.
I will briefly explain so that they do not say that I speak with lies, I took my dog with open wounds, they asked me to come back later to which I agreed, when I went back they did not want to attend because it was too late, they did not even do a superficial cleaning I'm sorry but that is a lack of professionalism, I don't know, get angry for a comment, better improve your quality of service and professional ethics since leaving an exposed wound without even washing it just because of laziness is unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar se encuentra limpio, cuentan con diversos servicios y productos para los animales de compañía y la atención es rápida.
Mi única recomendación versaría sobre cumplir con las disposiciones establecidas por la ley federal de protección al consumidor respecto a informar de manera clara y pública sus precios y respetar los mismos, ya que, al menos en mi experiencia por teléfono me proporcionaron cierta información respecto a los precios y al llegar al lugar ese día más tarde, estos eran distintos. Además en el local no hay una tabla de precios donde se puedan corroborar los mismos.
Fuera de eso, recomiendo mucho el lugar!!
The place is clean, they have various services and products for pets and the attention is quick.
My only recommendation would be to comply with the provisions established by the federal consumer protection law regarding clearly and publicly reporting their prices and respecting them, since, at least in my experience over the phone, they provided me with certain information regarding prices. prices and when arriving at the place later that day, these were different. Also in the premises there is no price table where they can be corroborated.
Outside of that, I highly recommend the place !!
