I have taken my dog twice to be treated for joint pain from the cold and they do not want to treat her or sell me any medicine without first checking her, kind but bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He llevado a mis perros a que los bañen y los dejen guapos y he salido muy contento. Tanto perros chicos como grandes me los devuelven muy arreglados y a un precio muy accesible. La atención es de lo mejor de todo el personal y por lo general tienen alguna promoción.
I have taken my dogs to bathe them and leave them handsome and I have left very happy. Both small and large dogs return them very neatly and at a very affordable price. The attention is the best of all the staff and they usually have some promotion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a mi perrita a un servicio estético y mi perrita llegó contenta y juguetona. Al recogerla estaba triste y no se podia mover. La lleve al doctor de la misma clinica a unos locales de la estética y el doctor con poco profesionalismo se deslindo del problema y nisiquiera la quiso revisar y dijo que el no se podía hacer responsable por que el no estaba en la estética. Me dijo que a esa edad la perrita no se podía llevar a la estética siendo que ellos la recibieron, la aceptaron y al recogerla comentaron debe traerla mas seguido para que se acostumbre.
Falta de seriedad y profesionalismo. No ls recomiendo ni volveré. Mi perrita sigue mal y a ellos no les importó.
I took my dog to a cosmetic service and my dog arrived happy and playful. When I picked it up, I was sad and couldn't move. I took her to the doctor of the same clinic to some local aesthetics and the doctor with little professionalism detached from the problem and did not even want to review it and said that he could not be held responsible because he was not in aesthetics. He told me that at that age the dog could not be brought to aesthetics since they received her, accepted her and when they picked her up they commented that she should bring her more often so that she gets used to it.
Lack of seriousness and professionalism. I do not recommend them nor will I return. My dog is still bad and they didn't care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La estética no la recomiendo. No saben muy bien manejar la estética de razas. Y mi peludita también salió de ahí baja de pilas. Sinceramente no la recomiendo
