Well, the other week my mother took my dog (I think she had a haircut) and I think she was given poor quality food and my dog had diarrhea for 3 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment 4 days a head of time. When i arrived the location was closed when i called the owner said oh, your right you did have an appointment i forgot. I hung uo and left. I leave to the USA tomorrow and needed my shih tzu bathed. I had requested full service but ended up with nothing. Poor communication.
