Llevé a mis dos perritos para baño y corte de uñas, uno de ellos llegó con una uña sangrando y cuando le pregunté por ello me contestó que no creyó necesario mencionarlo porque ya le había puesto un polvo blanco para hacer que parara de sangrar, en vez de decirme cuando fui a recogerlos ¡Ah no! Se esperó a que yo descubriera que mi perro estaba herido. El otro llegó con una herida en uno de sus bracitos, como si le hubieran pasado la máquina para cortar pelo, cosa rara porque yo los dejé solo para baño ¡Ah pero eso sí, cobró como si nada! Se que los accidentes pasan pero se informa a los dueños de lo sucedido, se les da lo necesario para que curen la herida y viendo el caso, no se cobra por decencia. Hoy trabajaron medio día y se veía que andaba apurada, quien sabe cómo trato a mis perritos. Pésimo, no lleven a sus perritos aquí.
Horrible experience. I took my two dogs for bathing and nail trimming, one of them arrived with a bleeding nail and when I asked him about it, he replied that he did not think it necessary to mention it because he had already put a white powder on it to make it stop bleeding, instead to tell me when I went to pick them up. Oh no! They waited for me to discover that my dog was injured. The other arrived with a wound in one of his arms, as if they had passed the hair cutting machine, which is strange because I left them alone for the bathroom. Ah but yes, he charged as if nothing! I know that accidents happen but the owners are informed of what happened, they are given what is necessary to heal the injury and seeing the case, they are not charged for decency. Today they worked half a day and you could see that I was in a hurry, who knows how I treat my dogs. Terrible, don't take your dogs here.
