Ayer hice la cita y me la dieron para las 10am (quedaron en enviar la ubicación a mi número y no lo hicieron) hoy la Srita que nos recibió ni si quiera nos saludo ni nos preguntó nada, estábamos en el patio esperando y no salió a recibirnos. Yo tuve q entrar y decirle lo que necesitaba. No tenían mi cita. Me contestó muy agresiva (no se si tenía un problema o simplemente no le gusta su trabajo) pero bueno ni modo no me iba a arriesgar a dejar a mis perritas, si así me recibieron la verdad me dio desconfianza. Dejamos en custodia a nuestras mascotas y dijeron que les iban a permitir determinadas horas de estancia en un jardín, pero no fue así, siempre estuvieron encerrados en un cuarto sin luz natural y a uno de los cachorros le quemaron sus patitas. Los días siguientes al que nos los entregaron tuvieron mucha diarrea y comportamiento de miedo. Me arrepiento mucho de haberles confiado a mis mascotas tan queridas. Terrible service. On the phone they give wrong information and give a service that is not what one asks for. We left our pets in custody and they said they were going to allow them certain hours to stay in a garden, but it was not like that, they were always locked in a room without natural light and one of the puppies had his paws burned. The days after they were delivered to us they had a lot of diarrhea and fearful behavior. I really regret having entrusted my beloved pets with them.
