★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este lugar es atendido por el "Veterinario" Oscar Cuadra y una ayudante, el comentó que tenía otra clínica en Ceylan
El lugar está ubicado en del pedregal #56 cofradía de San Miguel, Cuautitlán Izcalli, se llama Dogtor Pets
No vayan ahí, pésimo servicio, ni a -5 estrellas llega
El "veterinario" avienta un discurso de cuales medicamentos tiene que ponerle al animalito y para qué, diciendo que es SU recomendación dejarlos internados ya que habrá alguien para vigilarlo y poder actuar de manera rápida
Nos cobraron $20,670 pesos entre:
-Análisis (solo nos entregaron resultados de la prueba de parvovirus, pero de los demás resultados como BHs, Necropsia y PCR de distemper, nunca nos dieron nada e inclusive me pidieron más dinero para darnoslos)
-Hospitalización con supervisión y atención 24/7, pero siempre que íbamos, teníamos que hablar para que fuera el " veterinario" a abrir
-Medicamentos (que no nos enseñó, ni cuando se le pidió que nos avisara cuando se usaran, ni nos consta que los haya utilizado en nuestros cachorros)
-Sueros inmunoestimulantes, que nos vendió de una marca y nos entregó otra marca (mucho más barata) diciendo que era el doble de dosis, pero ni así se compensaba el precio, pero que aceptamos ya que nos habían comentado que funcionaban de igual manera
-Cremación de dos cachorras, que traen el mismo día de muerte cuando hubo 3 días de diferencia entre casa una (la cremación fue en una empresa diferente)
Tori falleció ahí, falleció con los pulmones llenos de líquido a lo que el "veterinario" nos dijo "si, es moquillo con parvovirus"... Pero la cachorra la tenía canalizada una botella de un litro de suero casi vacía, que mi suegro vio que esta persona le había colocado nueva unas cuantas horas antes...
Los resultados de la necropsia de Sasha nunca llegaron, le comenté que los había prometido desde el miércoles 01/10/2020 a las 11 AM, me comentó que como le habíamos exigido estar con los cachorros, no había tenido tiempo de hacer el reporte... Nos vendió vigilancia 24/7 y nos culpo por querer que estuviera alguien ahí 24/7
Le pedí su cédula profesional y se negó a darmela, argumentando que es información privada y que su nombre y cédula iban a venir en los resultados (que nunca mando),
De las personas que encontré en el registro nacional de profesionistas con el nombre "Oscar Cuadra", ninguno es veterinario...
