Pésimo servicio, yo fui a decolorarme el pelo y pintármelo magenta con un mechón blanco pero salí con pelo naranja, café, rosa, amarillo, y muy poco magenta. El problema fue que a la hora de decolorar la dueña del salón les dijo a las ayudantes que cambiarán la forma de decolorar a medio trabajo para “ahorrar producto”. Aparte me querían cobrar 200 pesos más porque ellas habían pensado que no era todo el cabello. La dueña ni siquiera supervisa a las ayudantes, a la hora de decolorar una ayudante que era obviamente incompetente metió mano y arruinó mi cabello. Cuando me queje de como había quedado mi cabello me dijeron que ninguna decoloración sale bien a la primera que mejor hiciera otra cita para que me lo arreglen y cobrarme más. Definitivamente no recomiendo este lugar. Do not be fooled by the elegant interior of the salon and the number of employees. The problem was that at the time of bleaching the salon owner told the assistants that they will change the bleaching method mid-job to "save product." Besides, they wanted to charge me 200 pesos more because they had thought that it was not all the hair. The owner doesn't even supervise the helpers, when bleaching an obviously incompetent helper reached in and ruined my hair. When I complained about how my hair had been, they told me that no bleaching works out the first time I made another appointment to get it fixed and charge me more. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Además ella escuchó que las empleadas de la estética comentaban que aplicarían menos para ahorrar producto (falta de profesionalismo), varias empleadas le metieron mano a su cabeza. Cuando les reclamé su mal trabajo, se excusaron con mentiras como si yo no supiera de tintes. Me querían cobrar más de lo pactado. Terrible job.
