Disculpe pero que mal me quedaron
Había hecho una cita para hoy para mi mamá y mi tía como regalo y me agendaron la cita para hoy en 2x1 en pedicuire y se me hizo muy feo de su parte que no hallan podido atenderlas como se merecían hoy en el día de las madres
Me llamaron y solo me preguntaron que si la cita era para hoy o para mañana , y yo les respondí que era para hoy y que ya iban en camino las personas alas que les había puesto la cita
Y no me dijeron nada más, solo un "okey gracias"
Pero me pudieron haber avisado que no podían atenderlas ya que vivimos bastante lejos de ese local y encima tuvimos que conseguir una niñera que es otro gasto más
Y honestamente no volveré a agendar una cita, mal servicio al cliente.

Excuse me but how bad they were
I had made an appointment for today for my mother and my aunt as a gift and they scheduled the appointment for me for today in 2x1 in pedicuire and it made me very ugly of them that they could not attend them as they deserved today on Mother's Day
They called me and only asked me if the appointment was for today or tomorrow, and I replied that it was for today and that the people who had made the appointment were already on their way
And they didn't tell me anything else, just a "okay thank you"
But they could have warned me that they could not attend them since we live quite far from that place and on top of that we had to get a babysitter which is another expense.
And honestly I will not make an appointment again, bad customer service.
