★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui el dia de hoy a cortarme el cabello anteriormente el precio era con el secado era un precio razonable y te lavaban el cabello, ahora solo te lo mojan con un atomizador y si no pagas como ellos lo llaman moldeado ,nada mas te lo secan dejando tu cabello espantoso no luce tu corte y claro te obligan a pagar el moldeado. Argumentando que el precio es aparte .la estilista me dio un precio y pues ni modo lo acepte ,cuando pase a la caja a pagar me incrementaron el precio aun mas.termine pagando mas.!!! Que horror lo bueno que llevaba tarjeta . tengan cuidado pregunten antes de pedir el servicio cuanto van a cobrar .y en consiste el servicio en este caso el corte de cabello , lástima .
 I went today to cut my hair before the price was with drying it was a reasonable price and they washed your hair, now they only wet it with a spray bottle and if you don't pay as they call it molding, they just dry it leaving your awful hair does not show off your cut and of course they force you to pay for the styling. Arguing that the price is separate. The stylist gave me a price and then I did not accept it, when I went to the cashier to pay they increased the price even more. I ended up paying more. !!! How awful how good he had a card. Be careful ask before asking for the service how much you are going to charge. And the service in this case consists of the haircut, too bad.

El dia de hoy 1 de junio de 2021, fui atendio por un joven moreno gordito con lentes; con muy mala actitud (le pesaba todo hasta parecia que no sabía cortar el cabello de sus preguntas tan absuras y miradas de "ay ya matenme". No vayan con el si no voy a que me regalen nada, es algo que muchos de los clientes hacemos pagamos por un buen servicio sólo eso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no respetan tu tiempo, ni una cita y no tienen un buen servicio ante una queja por el contrario la que es la encargada de cabello rojo, se deslindó diciéndome que la encargada era la recepcionista a la hora de intentar quejarme.
Nadie se hace responsable así que cuidado si les quedan mal con su cita, con lo que acuerdan con un estilista si se van a hacer un tinte que es a lo que fui o les hacen un mal trabajo, nadie responde positivamente ante la queja.
Hice una cita con el estilista hazel, un día antes, al mero día me quedo mal y se le olvidó traer el producto que necesitaba para atenderme, no me vio, no se acercó, ni se disculpo solo le mando a decir a la recepcionista que no me podía atender pq se le olvido. Lo que hicieron fue asignarme con otro estilista sin disculparse, me queje con la recepcionista, se hizo todo más incómodo. Y solo fui a darme la vuelta en vano.
