★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tristemente el día de hoy, domingo 28 de octubre de 2018, después de casi 6 años de acudir a este establecimiento, nos "desapareció" misteriosamente un juguete de dinosaurio de nuestro hijo, cuando terminaron de cortarle el cabello a mi hijo y mi esposo (siendo la empleada y nosotros 3 los ÚNICOS en la estética) nos retiramos y a media cuadra mi hijo recuerda q lo dejo, regresamos, ya tenía la empleada la puerta cerrada y estaba agachada detrás del mostrador, al pedirle mi esposo el juguete dijo q no estaba, q si estabamos seguros de haberlo llevado...? Es una pena q después de tanto tiempo y tantos años trabajando ella ahí y de atendernos hiciera cosa semejante, se quemó y la reputación del negocio también.
 Sadly today, Sunday, October 28, 2018, after almost 6 years of going to this establishment, a dinosaur toy of our son mysteriously "disappeared" when they finished cutting my son and my husband's hair ( being the employee and we 3 the ONLY ones in aesthetics) we retired and half a block my son remembers that I left him, we returned, the employee already had the door closed and she was crouched behind the counter, when my husband asked for the toy he said that it was not there If we were sure we had brought it ... ? It's a shame that after so long and so many years working there and attending to us she did something similar, it burned and the reputation of the business too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio al cliente puede mejorar. La rotación del personal es constante. Los fines de semana está lleno. Tiene un área de juego descuidado y sucio junto al baño.
Cuentan con televisores con DVD los cuales ayudan a los niños a distraerse mientras les cortan el cabello o peinan. Tienen una gran variedad de películas.
Customer service can improve. Staff turnover is constant. On weekends it is full. It has a sloppy and dirty play area next to the bathroom.
They have TVs with DVDs which help children to get distracted while cutting their hair or combing their hair. They have a great variety of movies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace ya un buen rato que la sucursal de Nicolás San Juan no abre por lo que la sucursal de la plaza del Chedraui se llena. Aunque las chicas que cortan el cabello son muy buenas y serviciales, no se dan a basto porque tienen muy poca gente trabajando los días críticos (entrada de clases o fines de semana). Esta sucursal está descuidada, no le dan mantenimiento.
It's been a while since the Nicolás San Juan branch doesn't open, so the Chedraui Plaza branch is full. Although the girls who cut the hair are very good and helpful, they are not enough because they have very few people working on critical days (class entrance or weekends). This branch is neglected, they do not give maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indiquen correctamente los horarios, llegué a las 7:15pm y me batearon supuestamente porque cierran 7:30pm, aquí dice que cierran a las 8pm, uno corre para poder llegar a tiempo y de nada sirve, en el teléfono nunca contestan
