★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio el de la nueva administración, me cancelaron 2 hrs antes una base que ya tenía programada desde 1 semana antes, argumentan la falta de material, ¿por qué concretan citas, hacen perder tiempo, si no tienen material? Pareciera que es la primera vez que harían una base ?
Intente el martes concretar cita para el próximo sábado sin obtener respuesta, insisto el miércoles y ya no quisieron atenderme cuando yo podía en sábado
La administración anterior tenía más seriedad, definitivamente no la recomiendo ni volvería ?

Para empezar el trato que me dan como clienta, la amabilidad y camaradería se siente en el aire y hace la estancia más que cómoda y agradable! I love this aesthetic! It really is sensational, it is MY place! To begin with the treatment they give me as a client, the kindness and camaraderie is in the air and makes the stay more than comfortable and pleasant! Regarding the quality of their work, they are very good professionally speaking, I always ask for Rosy and she is a wonderful girl for everything she does, be it cutting, dyeing, treatments, etc., all perfect and at a great price! The other members of the team are great too, especially Luna ... I've always seen all the people leave there happy! And Ale and Lili, the owners, needless to say, they are a love and they print their personal stamp on every detail that surrounds you, from the beautiful decoration, through the kindness and their fine attention to the total professionalism of their team.
