For super simple designs they charge too much! They don't know or don't have the professionalism they claim to have, they don't make the application well, I'm very unhappy.

Liz, Esme and their sisters as well as their team without very dedicated, they focus on what they are doing and they always give super friendly attention, they always receive you with a big smile and they are goodies in tint, lights, treatment at super prices accessible. I highly recommend them

Terrible service, I had already gone to cut my hair there a few times and without a problem, but I went to get a balayage touch-up and to begin with they didn't do a balayage, they made me highlights, then as they were in a hurry they didn't let it bleach well and it stayed with me a horrible chicken yellow color that according to them with the tint was going to take away, I did it for a week and nothing, I had to return a week later so that they would tell me to come back when their sister was there, that is, when they wanted and when they saw my angry face it ended in: come back in two hours, they bleached and tinted me again, they took off the horrible yellow but still it didn't turn out the way I wanted it or what I asked for, I told them that if it didn't turn out right I'd come back for a refund and they told me no, that they would do it again... I didn't go back because I was afraid they would leave it even worse but really, don't go there to do colored things, horrible!!!!!!! !! P.S. While I was there, a lady also came back to complain about how horrible her nails had left her.
