Solicité la devolución de mi dinero y le han dado muy mal seguimiento a mi caso. Quedaron de comunicarse ayer conmigo y al no hacerlo me presenté hoy en la estética para mostrarles cómo estaba de quemado y cayéndose mi cabello y me dicen que ma dueña se fue de vacaciones y que hasta la próxima semana me pueden responder y que mi cabello está normal por el proceso. El servicio al cliente ha sido muy malo.
