Abren y me dicen que espere a que llegue alguien que me pueda dar el servicio. Llega una persona y sigo esperando. Se hacen las 10 de la mañana. Le pregunto a la persona que llegó que si por favor me puede atender porque tengo prisa. Me dice que no ha llegado la persona encargada de "pelo" pero que me siente (literal). Comienza a secarme y a las 10:15 llega la otra persona. Salgo muy tarde. Con muy mala atención. Parece que les estaba rogando por el servicio. El cuál fue malo. Era un secado sencillo y me quedó lacio como salida de bañar. La verdad yo no soy de Salamanca pero este trato en un salón de belleza no me lo habían dado en mi vida. He starts drying me and at 10:15 the other person arrives. I leave very late. With very bad attention. It seems he was begging them for the service. Which was bad. It was a simple drying and it was straight as a bath. The truth is that I am not from Salamanca but this treatment in a beauty salon had not been given to me in my life.

Respecto a la cejas, hecho por la dueña, me sacó de más y una de ellas quedó irregular. Al comentarle esto, me respondió con muy mala actitud que era algo que se puede corregir con maquillaje. El peinado que pedí es muy sencillo y la empleada que me asignaron no tenía ni idea de cómo hacerlo, terminaron cambiándome a la empleada para que lo concluyera, pero aún así no quedó como quería. Y sobre el maquillaje, éste íncluía pestañas, las cuales se despegaban y tenían que estármelas ajustando. Quedé muy insatisfecha porque el servicio fue deficiente. La persona que la atendió fue muy cortante y nefasta en su respuesta diciendo que eso era lo que venía en la agenda, ni siquiera escuchó que era lo que ella estaba pidiendo y no accedió a llegar a un acuerdo para arreglar su error. No recomiendo esta estética, cobran caro para ni siquiera hacer el trabajo que se les requiere. The person who attended her was very curt and nefarious in her response saying that that was what was on the agenda, she did not even listen to what she was asking for and did not agree to reach an agreement to fix her mistake.
