Hicimos cita para 3 personas y nos asignaron a una sola estilista , otras se ofrecen a atenderte y lo hacen mal , cobran carísimo! Y dicen que es servicio de estrellas y los peinados son anticuados y mal hechos , no tienen maquillaje y usan una misma brocha para ojos boca , su material que usan para maquillaje es fatal! Poco higiénico , no se ponen de acuerdo te ofrecen descuento por teléfono y después en persona te dicen que por qué son de renombre no te pueden ofrecer descuento que por qué Roberto no lo permite ! Jamas vayan ! La peor Estetica del Df

We made an appointment for 3 people and they assigned us to a single stylist, others offer to assist you and they do it badly, they charge dearly! And they say that it is a star service and the hairstyles are outdated and poorly made, they have no makeup and use the same mouth brush, their material used for makeup is fatal! Unhygienic, they don't agree they offer you a discount over the phone and then in person they tell you that why they are renowned they can't offer you a discount that why Roberto doesn't allow it! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO. Para un evento importante me dejaron esperando 45 minutos y al final me tuve que ir a peinar yo. Me dijeron que como "estaba tan tranquilita esperando" no se molestaron en apurarse y atenderme a la hora de mi cita. Jamás regreso, no vayan!!!!!

Por desgracia me cambié a otro estado.
Y hasta el día de hoy, sigo sufriendo por no encontrar otro lugar con el mismo profesionalismo.
