★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí un degradado en color e hicieron lo que quisieron, sobreprocesaron mi cabello y termino por trozarse , no están actualizados ni conocen las técnicas que ofrecen, pésimo servicio.
I asked for a gradient in color and they did what they wanted, they overprocessed my hair and I ended up getting stuck, they are not updated or know the techniques they offer, terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eran buenos, sin embargo, la última vez que fui me cortarón el cabello como quisieron no como se los pedí, además te ponen una ampolleta forzosa aunque les dije que no la queria y todo para cobrarte lo más que pueden.
They were good, however, the last time I went they cut my hair as they wanted, not as I asked them, they also give you a forced vial although I told them I didn't want it and everything to charge you as much as they can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobran como quieren, ademas no respetan tu tiempo, te están “atendiendo” y van y atienden a otras personas y te dejan nada más ahí por horas, hay veces que te pasan y simplemente te atienden hasta 2 horas después, no respetan ni quieren al cliente, cobro excesivo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha decaído el servicio, ya no ofrecen ni agua y para los 190 que cuesta el corte esperaría que fueran más atentos. Llamé para hacer cita y nadie contestó, aun así acudí y resulta que no tenían luz desde hace 4 días! Cómo pueden tardar tanto en reparar algo tan esencial en su negocio?. Bueno el corte normal, sólo el agua helada al lavar el cabello pero ni hablar, al terminar no me peinaron (lo que es común en un servicio de estos) sino que sólo me acercaron gel para yo peinarme. Traté de pagar con tarjeta y no había terminal, pedí una tarjeta para hacer transferencia y me dijeron que me tenían ni podían conseguirla, fui al banco por dinero y a mi regreso tampoco tenían cambio! Total que tardé lo mismo en mi corte que lo que tardé en pagar, la verdad espero para el prestigio del lugar pusieran más atención a este tipo de detalles.

I tried to pay with a card and there was no terminal, I asked for a card to make a transfer and they told me that they had me and could not get it, I went to the bank for money and on my return they did not have change either! Total that it took the same time in my court as what it took to pay, the truth I hope for the prestige of the place they paid more attention to this type of detail.
