★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia que he tenido, desde que llegué, el que me atendió me trató grosero, prepotente, agresivo y se ve que estaba de mal humor, reconozco que llegué 15 minutos tarde pero ese fue el motivo para que el me recibiera con regaños y con una pésima actitud. Para colmo en tono agresivo, me dijo que por qué no tenía un estilista de cabecera y me empezó a decir que si yo no entendía el castellano o qué. Entonces en ese momento le dije que me iba y me dijo yo no sé por qué te ofendiste si sólo fue una pregunta, después de todas las groserías que me había hecho.
Ninguna persona tiene por qué soportar el maltrato, todavía que vamos a pagar un servicio!!!
La verdad en mi vida me habían hecho esto, no se los recomiendo, pésimo!!!

So at that moment I told him that I was leaving and he said I don't know why you were offended if it was only a question, after all the rudeness he had done to me.
No person has to endure abuse, yet we are going to pay for a service !!!
The truth in my life they had done this to me, I do not recommend them, terrible!

La atención al cliente también es base fundamental para poder decir que tu lugar de trabajo es profesional
hace unas horas estaba buscando estéticas para decolorar mi pelo , vi esa estética ( super pequeña ) a penas entrando el tipo empezó a decir "que quería" "que estaba muy ocupado" yo en ese momento quería irme , pero estaba cerrado. El tipo no dejaba de hablar( no puede ni siquiera decir que me abriera) decía y cito "trae tu tarjeta de crédito y paga lo que tienes que pagar" , también dijo que ciertas cosas eran para pobretonas y que su servicio era para gente de dinero (Cariño díselo a tu cara, tu forma de tratar al cliente y a tu local en donde a penas entran 2 personas) . Tenia tantas dudas, apenas le pude preguntar una. Asco de persona tan poco profesional.

The guy kept talking (he can't even tell me to open up) he said and I quote "bring your credit card and pay what you have to pay", he also said that certain things were for poor people and that his service was for people of money (Honey tell your face, the way you treat the client and your place where barely 2 people enter). I had so many doubts, I could hardly ask one. Disgust of such an unprofessional person.
