★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenía mis reservas sobre este lugar en un inicio como se tiene a todo lo desconocido, desde hace tiempo venía buscando un lugar donde poder confiarles mi cabello.
El día miércoles 9 de octubre acudí a realizarme un tinte con un balayage & quede fascinada, el trabajo que me realizó Lety fue simplemente excelente, exactamente como lo venía buscando.
Si alguien busca un balayage la persona indicada para realizárselo es LETY.
 I had my reservations about this place at the beginning as you have everything unknown, for a long time I had been looking for a place to trust my hair.
On Wednesday October 9 I went to get a dye with a balayage & be fascinated, Lety's work was simply excellent, exactly as I was looking for.
If someone searches for a balayage, the person indicated to perform it is LETY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar regular me hicieron base y me gusto el resultado pero se me hizo elevado el precio me cobraron 750 pesos no me maltrataron el cabello servicio rápido atención deficiente pueden mejorar.
Regular place they made me base and I liked the result but the price was high they charged me 750 pesos they did not mistreat my hair fast service poor attention can improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un fraude te cuesta $380. El corte y la persona que me atendió me arruino el cabello no esta preparada y la dejan que practique como si el lugar fuera una academia de belleza!! ? La reconocerán porque también está en la recepción!! Llegué y ella me preguntó que deseaba cuando di detalle del corte y le mostré la imagen que llevaba rápidamente dijo que ella lo haría me preparo y sin más inicio a cortar el cabello pero me hizo un casquete de hombre orrible!!! Y todavía se ofendió cuando exprese mi disgusto ? pero eso sí me cobraron $380.pesos!!! porque el CORTE AUNQUE NO ME GUSTÓ YA SE HABÍA REALIZADO!! . Una malísima experiencia, ESTÉTICA & SPA PLAZA TEZONTLE UN FRAUDE!!!!
It is a fraud costing you $ 380. The cut and the person who took care of me ruined my hair is not ready and they let her practice as if the place were a beauty academy !! ? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace algunos años acudí a realizarme una limpieza facial no disfruté la experiencia y mi cara sufrió una alergia por los productos que ocuparon en mi rostro la señora que realizó el tratamiento no tenía mucha experiencia y criticaba en todo momento mi piel.

Llevaba meses dejándome crecer el cabello y me hicieron unas capas súper feas que nunca pedí (yo solo pedí despunte), me lo arruinaron. Y a mi hermana le hicieron lo mismo y eso que fueron diferentes estilistas.
No vayan.
Terrible service. They treat you well but they cut your hair as they want and horrible !!!
I had been growing my hair for months and they made me some super ugly layers that I never asked for (I only asked for a topping), they ruined it. And they did the same to my sister and they were different stylists.
Do not go.

Terrible service, they cut your hair reluctantly, they don't give you options and they still make derogatory comments about you.
