★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible servicio. Me convenció de que mi cabello había quedado rosa como lo pedí, que con 2 lavadas en casa lo vería. Ni siquiera tuve que lavarlo para ver qué quedó amarillo y naranja. No se hizo responsable y quería cobrarme $150 por arreglar su trabajo mal hecho. Presume que usa productos caros pero la verdad no sirven y se ofende si le dices que no hizo bien su trabajo. Se ofreció a devolverme mi dinero y a la mera hora dijo que no, sólo me hizo dar la vuelta (yo vivo a 2 horas de aquí), no cumple su palabra. Nada profesional.
 Horrible service. He convinced me that my hair had turned pink as I requested it, that with 2 washes at home I would see it. I did not even have to wash it to see what turned yellow and orange. He did not take responsibility and he wanted to charge me $ 150 for fixing his work badly done. Presume that he uses expensive products but the truth is not useful and he is offended if you tell him that he did not do his job well. He offered to give me back my money and at the mere hour he said no, he only made me turn around (I live 2 hours from here), he does not keep his word. Nothing professional.
