I asked for my roots to be touched up I ended up with blue grayish hair I was really upset she said she would fix it only to give me a dark brown. I ASKED FOR BLONDE , I set the record straight that I dislike dark hair as soon as I sat on the chair but that’s what she gave me . I just wanted to get out of there before the border closed. She did say she had messed up with the formula so she told me not to pay her. I’ll just go get my hair fixed in the US I rather spend more but walk away a happy customer.
