Fatal! I was supposed to have scheduled my appointment (which I requested more than a month in advance, since I do not live in Reynosa and I do not know any other place for personal grooming) and at that moment they informed me that they had not scheduled me. They took care of me very much (and because there were no people at that time) to make me a hairstyle and they just passed me a young lady to make curls in my hair and left me waiting for more than an hour to spend with another lady Completing my hairstyle, however, they told me that I had to keep waiting for my hair because I was going to give preference to some people who, besides being late for their appointment, arrived unexpectedly and were treated first. They told me they were going to make up and neither! They passed to a girl because she is the daughter of a frequent client. They spent more than two hours and I was still waiting because I was going with two other people to whom they attended, and in the end they ended up charging me 400 pesos for making me curls that were not worth it. Very disappointed and I even felt badly treated because when asking why they passed to other people before, the one that seemed the owner began to speak to me with a contemptuous tone just because she argued that I did not have an appointment. It seemed that the lady thought that she was doing me a favor. I would have preferred him to tell me that he could not take care of me instead of wasting my time
