★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los hoteles no deberían trabajar con personas que se comprometen a llegar a hacer el servicio y cuarenta y cinco minutos después de la hora pactada llamen para avisar que no llegarán. Es verdad que tres horas antes se solicito el servicio pero sería mejor no comprometerse a no cumplir.
The hotels should not work with people who commit to get to do the service and forty-five minutes after the agreed time call to warn that they will not arrive. It is true that three hours before the service was requested but it would be better not to commit to not comply.

Saved me from a hair disaster (never let a taxi driver take you to a hairdresser who is a friend....came out with orange hair). Estetica saved me big time. Can't say enough good things. Apparently they do a lot of sunrise weddings where the bridal party comes in at 4 a.m.
