★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es bueno, está bien arreglado, aunque he visto algo de desorden en uno de los estantes de manicura.
Por otro lado la atención al cliente es deficiente, por no decir mala, de algunas de las estilistas. Sea el cliente que sea la atención y el buen trabajo debe ser el mismo; no porque unas personas sean tus amigas o tus conocidos les vas a dar un mejor esfuerzo y al resto lo que te queden de ganas. No me parece justo ni correcto.
Respecto a los cortes de cabello en verdad me arrepiento, el corte que pedí me lo dejaron chueco y me cortaron cabello donde no debían también. Lo disimularon tan bien que no se notó si no hasta que llegué a casa y me bañé. No lo recomiendo nada.
Ahora bien, en la estación de manicura vi una muy buena atención, la persona encargada era muy dedicada y profesional, puedo decir que ni una mosca la hubiera podido distraer de hacer su trabajo. Y el resultado de su labor fue excelente.
The place is good, it is well arranged, although I have seen some clutter on one of the manicure racks.
On the other hand, customer service is poor, if not bad, from some of the stylists. Whatever the customer is the attention and the good work must be the same; Not because some people are your friends or your acquaintances, you are going to give them a better effort and the rest what you want. It doesn't seem fair or correct to me.
Regarding haircuts, I really regret it, the cut I asked for was crooked and they cut my hair where they shouldn't be too. They hid it so well that it wasn't noticeable until I got home and took a shower. I do not recommend anything.
Now, at the manicure station I saw very good attention, the person in charge was very dedicated and professional, I can say that not a fly could have distracted her from doing her job. And the result of their work was excellent.
