Son muy amables pero no se preocupan en lastimar a los perritos! The first and last time I go, they are not careful when shaving the dogs, they burned my dog! The machine heated up and instead of stopping they continued! They are very friendly but they don't care about hurting the puppies!

Recomiendo el lugar. I take my old lady with them and they always make her very beautiful. She has delicate skin and they bathe her with oatmeal shampoo. I've never been hurt or anything. I recommend the place.

G	Gaby JoAl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por lo menos yo no recomendaría a las "estilistas caninas" de este lugar, les pedí un corte corto para mis angelitos de cuatro patas, no que los rasuraran o que algunos me los dejarán a flor de piel en este frío invierno están sufriendo y al parecer no supieron cortarles el pelo de las orejas ya que al querer dejarles el pelo tan corto se las lastimaron, tienen costras y no me informaron nada de ello al recogerlos, hasta que llegó a casa y los reviso me percató de esto. No se porque lo hicieron, me imagino que no son "estilistas caninos" y solo son pela perros, si necesitaban trabajar rápido o no les daba tiempo mejor me hubieran comentado al hacer la cita, que no podían con tantos y yo lo hubiera entendido a qué me los entregarán así, yo los lleve para que cuidarán de ellos no para que sea lo contrario y terminen sufriendo. Con respecto a los demás servicios no he tenido ningún problema la persona que está al frente en atención al cliente es una gran persona muy amable pero definitivamente yo no recomiendo para nada a sus pela perros At least I would not recommend the "canine stylists" of this place, I asked for a short cut for my little four-legged angels, not to shave them or that some will leave me in full bloom in this cold winter they are suffering and at apparently they did not know how to cut their hair from their ears since when they wanted to leave their hair so short they were injured, they have scabs and they did not inform me about it when they picked them up, until they came home and checked them, I realized this. With regard to the other services I have not had any problem the person who is in charge of customer service is a great person very friendly but I definitely do not recommend his dogs
B	Bruja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé a mi perrito en cuanto abrieron, todavía se tardó hora y media en llegar el que corta el pelo. No le pusieron ningún adorno o bandana porque ‘se les acabaron’. Los precios ya no son tan accesibles. I took my puppy as soon as they opened, it still took an hour and a half to get the one that cuts the hair. They didn't put any ornaments or bandanas on it because "they ran out." Prices are not so affordable anymore.
