A la llegada si requieres prender a/c hay que solicitar los controles y de la mini pantalla. Deberían mejorar este servicio llegas a tu cuarto y esperas que este todo listo para lo menos interrupciones. Otro punto. Que cuando te traen las cosas lo pasan por una caja que al momento de abrir no tienes privacidad ya que quien te trae las cosas tiene acceso de vista adentro de la habitación. Se supone que debe ser atravez de un cilindro para que cuando solicites servicio de algún tipo el cilindro no permite que el personal de servicio tenga vista a dentro de la habitación y tengas la privacidad Y de esta manera permita pasar lo que solicitaste. Las almohadas son ridículamente pequeñas y si pides cobija o almohadas extras te las niegan. De las 6 horas solo soportamos dos. Por lo que cobran no vale para nada la pena.
