★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha sido decepcionante. Desde el primer momento observe que había una chica discutiendo con estas personas pero jamás relacione la situación. El caso es que al principio la atención fue muy buena, ya que me dieron un presupuesto y según ellos me mejoraron el precio. Me dijeron que si la tenían en su almacén y que inmediatamente me la darían. Cuando iba a pagar con tarjeta me dijeron que eso tenía una comisión y bueno acepte porque necesitaba la llanta. Pasaron casi dos horas y al final me dijeron que no la tenían porque el almacén ya había cerrado, pero que regresará otro dia y me ofrecían una llanta ya usada mientras por cualquier cosa, a lo cual me rehuse.
Al final para no discutir acepté regresar otro dia para que la montarán y cuándo llegué me pidieron mi nota y que le explicará a la chica que estaba atendiendo porque no me la habían puesto antes, ya que era su primer día y ella no sabía bien que procedía. Ya molesto le expliqué y con una actitud bastante deplorable, me dijeron que pasará mi auto para que ya le colocarán la llanta. Al concluir me pidió el trabajador que avisará que ya había quedado el trabajo.
Cuando voy a avisar me dicen que son 80 pesos adicionales por ponerla y en efectivo, les comento que eso nunca me informaron el dia que la compré y yo no tenía efectivo; por lo que de mala forma me cobraron 80 pesos con tarjeta como si la culpa fuera mía, por lo que ya muy molesto le dije que el dia que la compré, me lo hubieran cobrado y no que sólo me hacen perder el tiempo con pretextos.
Sinceramente busquen otras opciones. En mi vida regreso. Están más preocupados por el dinero que por ofrecer un servicio de calidad. Pésimo, pésimo, pésimo

The fact is that at first the attention was very good, since they gave me a budget and according to them they improved the price. They told me if they had it in their warehouse and that they would give it to me immediately. When I was going to pay by card they told me that it had a commission and well I accepted because I needed the tire. Almost two hours passed and in the end they told me that they did not have it because the warehouse had already closed, but that they will come back another day and they offered me a used tire while for anything, to which I refused.
In the end, so as not to argue, I agreed to return another day to be mounted and when I arrived they asked me for my note and that I will explain to the girl who was attending because they had not put it on me before, since it was her first day and she did not know well what proceeded. Already annoyed I explained to him and with a quite deplorable attitude, they told me that my car will pass so that they will put the tire on it. At the end, the worker asked me to tell me that the job had already been arranged.
