★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé un paquete y no me lo aceptaron por que ya no aceptan paquetes en la oficina, solo recolección a domicilio, hablé al 01800 y me didearon que no sabían nada de eso, así que mejor lo llevé a otra paqueteria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estrella Blanca needs to work on their internet presence. Their name is now actually "envia", although it's difficult to find that name with Google.
Further, the address in Google and in Estrella Blanca's own website, the address for their Puerto Vallarta facility wrong; the address given hasn't been used in over two years.
These things are important to the consumer, and the fact that Estrella Blanca has been negligent with maintaining their presence online does not speak well for their ability to deliver packages properly.
